Act on recommendations
We know what sells a home and what creates questions for potential buyers. Along with our stager, we will provide you with home selling tips to get your home list ready. If you don’t have time to take on minor repairs, we can get you in touch with a contractor who can help.
Keep your home clean and clutter free
A neutral, clean home always sells faster than one with too many personal touches. While your home may represent you and work for your lifestyle, that may not be true for prospective buyers. So while your house is on the market, it is best to keep it ‘showing ready’.
Be flexible for showings
The only way a home sells is if buyers can come in and see it so the more flexible you and your family can be to showings, the more people we can get through your door, and ultimately the faster we can sell your home.
Be available for negotiations
The negotiation process can be relatively straight forward or it can be rife with counter-offers. Either way, offers come with an irrevocable period, which means that you have a certain time window to deal with that offer or counter-offer. If you are readily available, it can expedite the process and get you to a sale faster.
