Residential townhouse, link, and semi-detached homes in the City of Barrie posted an average selling price of $347,552 in December 2016, a 21% increase over December 2015.
Condominium sales average for the City of Barrie for the month of December 2016 was $398,909, a 78% increase compared to December 2015.
