Happy Easter!
Over the past 2 weeks I have been contemplating what I would say in this email. Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought that the entire world would be basically in self-isolation because of a virus.
It has been a trying time for all of us. Job losses, school cancellations with kids now at home, sickness and unfortunately rising mortality numbers has created a lot of extreme stress in all of our lives.
The real estate metrics below don’t tell the full story of what is happening in the Barrie and area real estate market. Later on this week I will give you my personal thoughts about what is happening in our market. I hope to have this video report to you by this coming Wednesday.
We are still working with real estate clients, buying and selling properties, but the truth is, we have had to adjust how we interact with everyone. Social distancing, masks, gloves and Clorox wipes are our new normal!!

On a side note I wanted to let you all in on a pet project that we have been working on for the past year. I have always been fascinated with peak performance and what separates top producers from the rest of their peers. One of the best ways is to ask and interview people who have created a peak result in their lives and/or business!
I can’t think of a better time then now to launch such a project. We all need to focus on creating a strong mindset considering our current new reality.
So with that in mind, we have launched a brand new podcast called The Peak Results Academy Podcast, where I interview top performer’s from all walks of life. During these interviews I attempt to figure out what enabled them to create some amazing results.
