Market Stats - June 2021 | The Fournier Experience Real Estate Team

We are in our first full official month of summer and the first real taste of lockdown being lifted. We hope you are all happy and healthy and enjoying the world a bit more! Inventory continues to be low and prices are still hitting record numbers. On the ground, we are still seeing multiple offers however, they tend to occur more in the move-in ready, updated homes, leaving some of the homes needing updates sitting longer than they would have previously. Sellers are definitely still in control in this market and we expect to see that continue for the foreseeable future.
