Here is a quick update about Oro-Medonte Real Estate Statistics 2016 and what is happening in the Oro-Medonte Real Estate Market from January 2016 to August 2016. As you will see, the market is very tight. Inventory is low and if a property is priced correctly then it is getting multiple offers. There has been a tendency for sellers to reach on their pricing which has created a little bit of buyer fatigue.

Homes For Sale In Oro-Medonte tend to stay on the market longer then properties in Barrie or Innisfil. The average days on the market for the past year (August 2015-August 2016 is 50 days (souce: Barrie Real Estate Board) on the market so sellers should have their expectations in check.
