Simcoe County Real Estate Market Update November 2020 | The Fournier Experience

As we come into December and inch closer to the Holiday Season, we normally expect the market to slow and people to hibernate, thus effecting market statistics. This year has been a wild one and it seems to be continuing to affect the market. Inventory is still low and demand is still steady bringing higher average prices year over year as well as relatively low days on market. With increased covid restriction measures seeming to be the trend, the interest from the GTA is incredibly high and we expect that to continue into the new year. If you are thinking of listing in the spring, now is the time to talk about ways to get the most money out of your listing. Text or call us at 705-305-4206 to set up a meeting (virtually or safely in person) to chat about what you can do now to set your self up for success in the spring market.
